Good service and communication.

Ridersgatee LLC is my former employer that fired me and pretends they don't know me to avoid sending the salary. They are performing a massive amount of corporate fraud They use Ridersgate LLC trademarks to receive loads from brokers, but use other LLCs codes for drivers to place on their trucks to avoid DOT charges. Besides they also use an app that screenshots the original BOL and replaces the Ridersgate Data (one used for brokers) with one that is made to avoid DOT charges. It's a long running problem made by the initiative of the owner - Sergei Kirzov. It's not a one time incident, he's been operating the business using the corporate fraud schemes for some time Corporate fraud, scamming, being ignored and other issues are common. Turnover rate of drivers seems to be pretty high too

Carrier rescheduled pickup and delivery multiple times. Customer complained about stained leather inside the car with hydraulic oil that was outside of the car as well.

Delivery was 3 days late but other than that everything went smooth.

Kia Sorento delivered from Addison, TX to Miami, FL fine. Took more than 2 weeks to get a broker fee though.

Terrible experience with the car go llc driver. The vehicle being shipped was not properly described by the dispatcher which is obviously no fault of the driver and an error that can be fixed. So the driver(a young Russian kid) had an attitude and gets snarky with me and my wife in my driveway. Telling me "you need to listen" blah blah blah. Trying to charge us ANOTHER 2k to ship this vehicle. For 3700 we canceled and are doing it ourselves. Also, the third party company we used to hire these assclowns, said that they were assholes on the phone to them as well. Oh yeah and this was after he showed up over 3 hours late. Terrible company, terrible service, terrible experience. Dont use them. The vehicle being shipped is 1998 4runner "3 suspension lift and 33" tires for reference.
