Chris' communication was poor. But Joseph the driver was great. Kept me in the loop the whole time. Overall smooth experience. The only issue was the car was picked up a day early with no real communication that was happening until just before they were there and the contract for pickup couldn't be there. This might have been a dispatch issue again related to Chris.
