Booked 2 days before pickup, cancelled 9:23 AM on a pickup day. Then an hour later customer cancelled the order when we offered another carrier. Looks like broker is cut off.

Mustang from LA to Bay Area. Driver was very patient with demanding customer after customer refused to accept car because it was too late, and had to return back to Los Gatos next day to deliver.

So far, our experience hasn't been positive because the carrier has postponed the pickup to an inconvenient date for our customer putting ourselves in a vulnerable position, and this new date is not even guaranteed.
