Do not use this carrier. Was assigned this carrier and they never answered the phone or text messages. Did not show up to pick up my vehicle.
Chris' communication was poor. But Joseph the driver was great. Kept me in the loop the whole time. Overall smooth experience. The only issue was the car was picked up a day early with no real communication that was happening until just before they were there and the contract for pickup couldn't be there. This might have been a dispatch issue again related to Chris.
504 Hauling LLC safely delivered my BMW iX M60 from Florida to NC. Communication with the driver was easy and thorough including pictures at pickup. Car arrived in 1 day. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again I will be relieved if 504 is the carrier.
Tried to load INOP car without winch but could not do it.

My experience with Elite Services Group LLC was deeply troubling and completely unacceptable. This company failed to deliver my vehicle according to the agreed service timeframe. I was repeatedly given different explanations and revised delivery dates that never materialized. Communication was inconsistent, misleading, and unprofessional. Only after I began discussing potential legal action did the company finally provide an address in Milton, WA, where my vehicle was located. When arrived at the address, my brand-new 2026 BMW 330 was sitting unattended in a parking lot. According to staff at that location, vehicles had been there for several days. The condition of my vehicle was unacceptable: β’ Extremely dirty and filthy β’ Strong odor inside β’ Oil drip stains on multiple exterior areas β’ Fuel tank completely empty (vehicle was shipped with approximately 1/4 tank) There was no concern, no accountability, and no professionalism shown when these issues were raised. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to resolve or acknowledge the situation appropriately. Based on my experience, I strongly advise extreme caution before trusting this company with your vehicle.
The carrier was phenomenal. I made a last-minute request to change the delivery address, and he was completely accommodating. I also asked if he could give me a courtesy call 15 minutes before arrival, which he did. Everything went smoothly from WI to NJ, and my car is home safe. Thanks again!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING EVER!!!! iβm usually not wanting to leave reviews, but after my experience with this company, I have no choice but to warn anyone else thinking about using this company. To start off, my shipment was incredibly late. I had multiple scheduled delivery times with the driver, and every single one was missed. This threw off my scheduling off for multiple days, making me miss work and family time. When the car finally arrived, it became an apparent that they did not know how to operate a classic vehicle. For context, I had an automatic 1979 Camaro Z28 being delivered to me. When they were attempting to get the car off the trailer, the driver overβcranked the starter and continually flooded the engine with gasoline. Basically treating a fragile classic as if it was a modern Ford. Lord knows that they tried to start it up this every single stop before me, further damaging the internals. During delivery, they could not get the car started, and we had to roll this classic off of the transport, leaving me stranded with it in a random parking lot. After towing it to my mechanic, I was hit with just about $1000 of damages. They had destroyed my battery, literally melted my starter, and they had completely seized my engine by flooding it with gasoline and continuously trying to crank the starter. Thank God I did not need a new engine, but we were able to hand crank all of the gasoline out, and none of my internal components were severely damaged. Now, you would assume that between the person selling me the car having meticulous records of all the maintenance done to it (literally including a brand new starter and a brand new battery, the two things that were destroyed in transport), that the company would gladly handover the funds to fix what they broke. But no, I have been fighting tooth and nail to even see a penny for what they broke. I have been ghosted and ignored, hoping that I would just go away and they would not have to have any sort of payout. Iβm currently filing a dispute with small claims court to hopefully see some money from what they broke. Stay far away, do not touch this company with a 10 foot pole. They are snakes in the grass and if anything is broken, you will be left in the dust just like I was.
This carrier was punctual, professional, and handled the vehicle with care. The driver was very polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Recommended!.
