Delivery was fine, then got email about customer not paying and they not releasing the car. Customer said car is paid and released. Turns out carrier sent this email to wrong order. I had to call customer and apologize about the mistake. Not a big deal but was not smooth.

Honda Accord moved from MA to PA, customer wrote happy review - great job!

BMW 2 was delivered from DC to Bay Area East side with no complaints

Land cruiser delivered from Tampa, FL to Pleasanton, CA just fine.

Hummer delivered from Denver to Las Vegas, delivery was 2 days late but everything else was fine.

Acura NSX from Oakland, CA to Portland , OR enclosed. Delivered fine, but COI for extra insurance has not been emailed as promised though.

Pickup pushed back by 1 day at the day of pickup after lunch.

Car picked without inspection and without BOL. Promised to email copy of BOL but never did. Texts not answered, phone is being picked up after 5 phone calls just to tell me that someone will call 15 minutes later. Driver gave some information after two attempts.

Order cancelled 2 days after scheduled pickup and was not picked up with "truck problem".

Carrier did not mark COD as paid and were asking about payment.

Toyota Camry delivered from LA to Chicago. Company has terms "6. The transporter will not be responsible for damage that results to the vehicle from tie downs breaking or tearing." - unacceptable term but any court will strike this down.

Miata delivered from Kingwood, TX to Wylie, TX

Pickup day rescheduled last moment. Pickup was done without inspection and not marked as picked up in the Super Dispatch app despite agreeing to do inspection when booked. No BOL was emailed on time. Asking for BOL using phone.
