Booked 2 days before pickup, cancelled 9:23 AM on a pickup day. Then an hour later customer cancelled the order when we offered another carrier. Looks like broker is cut off.

Smooth on time delivery with some GPS tracking of Chrysler 300 and Chevy Equinox from Idaho Falls to Washington, DC area.

Mustang from LA to Bay Area. Driver was very patient with demanding customer after customer refused to accept car because it was too late, and had to return back to Los Gatos next day to deliver.

Great carrier to work with. Picked up on the scheduled date and delivered on time. We appreciate that GPS tracking remained active throughout the entire route, making it easy to monitor the shipment and keep the customer updated. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended. So far, our experience hasn't been positive because the carrier has postponed the pickup to an inconvenient date for our customer putting ourselves in a vulnerable position, and this new date is not even guaranteed.

No pickup inspection. No GPS tracking. Delivery is 3 days late, communication is ok, says truck is delayed because of sensor issue.

Smooth delivery of Hyundai Sonata from Philadelphia, PA to Detroit, MI. Customer is booked COD instead of CC payment and we had to juggle money to make a payment to driver, but driver was patient about it.

Customer left good review for delivery of BMW 3 from Miami, FL to Allentown, PA.

GPS tracking enabled for enclosed transport of BMW X5 going from Plano, TX to San Jose , CA.

Driver refused to transport 2 bags in the trunk. First time someone does not follow "100 lbs in trunk" standard.
