Pickup rescheduled right after telling us on the phone that pickup is today. Then next day moved to next again. Delivery promised on Friday, then it became Tuesday. Not responding to texts for several days at the time. Refusing to return car back without payment, not moving towards destination, not sharing car location. Customer went to file police report, police showed up at the company address to no avail. Two days later car was delivered.
